My Organising & Decluttering Sessions cost £140 for up to 3 hours of in-person help.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach here – I’m all about making things work for YOU! I’ll bring my 15 years of practical solutions from working in busy homes to work through your space, creating order and helping the space to flow more efficiently. There’s no judgement, just hands on, supportive and motivational guidance to get you towards your ideal living space.

We’ll start by walking through your space so I can see how you use that space day to day. We can work together to make changes or if you’re busy with other things, you can leave me to it and I’ll check in with you at agreed points. A fresh pair of eyes can make all the difference to something you’ve been struggling with for a while.

General Conditions

Privacy. All sessions are completely confidential and non-judgemental.

Travel to locations in excess of 15 miles from Sale, M33 (using Google maps) may incur a charge to cover fuel costs. I will discuss this with you during our consultation.

A deposit is required to secure your chosen date & time. Payment of the deposit invoice will secure your slot and confirmation will be issued thereafter. Payment is deemed as acceptance of my Terms & Conditions.

Removal of unwanted items can be done on the day to a local charity shop if needed (1 car-load per session, subject to size & condition of items) but waste removal is your responsibility.

Weekend & evening appointments are available by arrangement and may incur an additional fee.

Virtual sessions are available if you aren’t close to Manchester or prefer to have my expert guidance without me in your home.

Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?

Absolutely not! It’s far better that I see your space as it is now, as how you live in it in real life is a much better starting place.

Will my neighbours know I’m having help?

No, I don’t have any branding on my vehicle or clothing. As far anyone else is concerned, I’m just a friend visiting.

Do I need to buy anything for the session?

No, I come armed with the bin bags, charity bags, and some basic labelling items to create some order.

How many sessions will I need?

What’s the saying – how long’s a piece of string? Until I see your space, what you’re looking to organise and how committed you are to making changes or how quickly you can make decisions, I really can’t say. So 3hours is a great starting point, then we can take things from there.

Will you make me throw things away in a decluttering session?

Absolutely not! It’s YOUR stuff, YOUR decisions, YOU have the final say! It’s not primarily about getting rid of stuff, it’s more about identifying what you Need, Use &b Love, working out what you want to do with the surplus, then organising what’s left in a way that makes sense to you and your space.

How can I prepare for an organising session?

Other than getting a good night’s sleep, eating well before we start and ensuring you have some snacks/drinks available as you go on, there’s nothing more to do. Remember that it’s you who will be doing most of the hard work; decision making, reflecting & processing any memories associated with whatever we touch will be your job. I’ll lift, shift & sort.

Is this a done WITH me or done FOR me organising service? Do I need to be there?

Either! I can organise any area of your home to make it flow better once I’ve an idea of how the space is used and by whom. If you want to pare back the volume of your things, then you need to be present for at least some of the time to make those decisions. Many clients are happy trusting me to get on with sorting things into categories for them to review later on. The choice is yours.
