How much does an organising & decluttering session cost and what’s involved?

My organising & decluttering sessions provide practical help & solutions, enabling you to kick-start the clutter clearing in your home or home office space!  Whether it’s just to get things started or something more involved, I can help.

Initial Phone Call (30mins): Free

Let’s chat so that I can gain an overview of your needs & discuss your goals.

Depending on your location, you can then book an in-person session or a remote virtual session.

If you’re isolating due to COVID-19, are too far from Manchester or simply prefer to tackle your clutter without me in your space, then book me for ‘virtual’ help.

Virtual Organising Session: £30

(Session length is 40mins, followed by 2 x 15min follow ups)

In the first session I can assess your mess from afar and talk you through how to make the most of your space, giving you ideas along with some tried & tested tips.  I’ll see your space on an impartial basis and through a fresh pair of eyes.

I’ll suggest some ‘homework’ for you and catch up with you on a couple of occasions at times to be agreed to see how you’re getting on.  That’s your opportunity to ask more questions or get further guidance.

If you’d like help on a 1-2-1 basis then book me for an in-person session where I can be by your side through the process.

Consultation in your space: £25

(Consultations last 45mins. £10 of the fee is redeemable against your first booking)

We’ll meet face-to-face to discuss your needs in more depth and estimate how many sessions may be needed.  I’ll provide suggestions and practical tips that you can implement as soon as I leave!

If you decide you’d like some in-person help, then book me for an organising session.

Organising sessions: £35/hr

(Minimum session length is 3hours)

Following agreement on where to start, I’ll provide hands-on help to sort and reorganise your possessions.  I provide charity, waste, and recycling bags, labels and for home offices I’ll have some basic items with me to help tame your paper clutter.
You’ll also get my suggestions on useful storage solutions and hints & tips to avoid build up of clutter in the future.

General Conditions

Privacy. All sessions are completely confidential and non judgemental.

Virtual sessions are carried out over the phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype and at time to suit us both (day/eve sessions available).

In-person sessions are for a minimum of 3hrs.  Clients tend to book for 4-6 hours, depending on the amount of clutter and include removal of unwanted items to a local charity shop if required (1 car-load per session, subject to size & condition of items). Weekend & evening appointments are available by arrangement and may incur an additional fee. Travel to locations in excess of 15 miles from Sale, M33 (using Google maps) may incur a charge to cover fuel costs.

To secure your organising session – Virtual Sessions: full payment is required at time of booking by BACS.  In-Person Sessions: a £40 deposit is required payable at the time of booking to secure your session.  A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment in both instances.
